Blom offers a wide range of capacity and competence for data conversion of large volumes of paper maps and drawings to digital format. While analogue documentation served their purpose in the past, there is today need for flexibility in managing and maintaining large amounts of data in client specific digital systems. We can produce files in any CAD and GIS format including AutoCAD (DWG, DXF, MicroStation (DGN), ArcView (SHP), ArcInfo (Coverage) and many others.

Blom has carried out large data conversion projects for utility companies, land records, town planning, railways and forestry in order to create digital data for management and maintenance of their databases.
